Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email or by phone 866-458-8797 (Mon-Fri, 9a-5p/MST) within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Awakening Organics within 14 days of original customer delivery date. All items must be unused, unwashed and unworn, and must contain all the original tags and accessories. We cannot refund any final sale items, custom orders or drop shipped products. The customer is responsible for return postage and original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the returned merchandise is deemed defective. If the order qualified for free shipping and is returned, or partially returned, the original shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund amount. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavor to handle all returns within 5-10 working days.
